Greg Langford / Workplace mental health

Workplace mental health & suicide prevention speaker The conversation your workplace can't afford to skip.

Greg Langford lost two brothers, a cousin and his best friend to suicide. Today he turns that story into a keynote that gets employees talking, laughing and, most importantly, checking on each other.

Why a survivor

Not a lecture. Not a compliance module. A lived story.

Most workplace mental health programs tell people what to do. Greg shows them what it looks like from the inside, and why the people who seem fine are often the ones who aren't.

  • i.Suicide-loss survivor, sober since February 3, 1999, and a Certified Peer Specialist.
  • ii.Forty-three years in banking, so he knows what high-functioning and hurting looks like at a desk.
  • iii.A working stand-up comic. Humor lowers defenses so the hard part can land.

Handled with care

Greg's talks are honest without being graphic. He plans with your team in advance, steers people toward your own resources, and closes with hope and practical next steps. His keynote complements clinical trainings like QPR or Mental Health First Aid. It doesn't replace them; it helps people actually use them.
